We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we do, and you haven't violated them in bad faith, the refund policy applies.
Every email we send includes an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes your address from all future marketing and follow-up sends automatically — no account required. Transactional messages tied to a purchase (receipts, password resets) are always delivered.
Personalization. If you opt in to marketing when you submit the free A1 module, we may reference broad themes from your saved answers to tailor which follow-up notes we send you (for example, if your answers surface family readiness as the pressing concern, we may prioritize the Home-track note). We do not quote your answers publicly and we do not share them with anyone. You can request full deletion at any time using the email below.
